Maria Malchiondo is SE Health’s Senior Human Resources Leader with an impressive 32+ years of progressive/comprehensive experience in diverse, global organizations. Maria has expertise working across multiple industries, such as manufacturing, distribution, business process outsourcing, and health care sectors in union and non-union settings, undergoing transformational change and growth. A generalist by experience, Maria has managed all facets of human resources, including HR operations, HR business partnership, policies and procedures, employee relations, labour relations, learning and development, health & safety, total rewards, recruitment, and employee experience. Within SE Health, Maria leads the HR operations (business partnerships) function across Canada and leads the Managed Services – Human Resources function. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Health Sciences in Occupational and Environmental Health, and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from the University of Toronto. Maria also holds her professional CHRL HR designation and is a member in good standing of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario.
