Johnathon’s journey in the IT industry started in 2012 in the professional services sector as an IT Support Specialist where he developed his troubleshooting skills while providing end-user support and implementing IT systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Prior to his joining the SE Managed Services team, Johnathon was an MDM Technical Analyst at SE Health, where he played a key role in supporting enterprise mobile management solutions, overseeing the deployment and continuous support of over 9000 devices. His expertise in mobile device management, coupled with his effective communication skills, enabled him to address systemic issues promptly by collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology, Johnathon has established himself as a proficient IT Manager adept at spearheading various IT initiatives, including project management, service delivery, and cloud migrations. As the IT Manager for SE Managed Services, Johnathon oversees IT operations and leads the support and migration initiatives, playing a pivotal role in liaising with client stakeholders, providing invaluable vCIO services encompassing IT strategy, consulting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Johnathon embodies a unique blend of leadership, technical acumen, and customer-centricity.
